Very authentic street food. It brought back memories from back in Germany when we would always eat those from a food truck. It's missing the kick. They sprinkled it with that spicy cayenne or whatever spice they used back in Europe to sprinkle the meat when stuffing the sandwich. But other than that it's legit!

I was getting a haircut in the same plaza and, as I was heading out, decided to grab a quick bite before going home. That's when I spotted Berlin's. I was too hungry to check Yelp, so I decided to give it a try on a whim. I saw a sandwich being made right as I walked in, and it looked incredible, so I ordered a beef and lamb sandwich with their tzatziki and original sauce. Let me tell you--this sandwich was mouthwatering! You could really taste the quality of each ingredient and how well they complemented each other. I'm very particular about my doner, kebab, beef, and lamb, but this sandwich was perfection. After sitting in the barber's chair for two hours, this meal hit the spot. They also offer wraps, bowls, and salads, so there's something for everyone. The sandwich was just the right size, filling but not overwhelming. I'll definitely be back and can't wait to recommend it to friends and family!

The Beef & Lamb Döner Sandwich was very good. So far, the best I've tasted outside of Berlin, Germany.

The only authentic German doner place in LA. I've been to Berlin just Germany and of course there is nothing that comes close to the street shops. Though most other Mediterranean places just serve gyros or shawarma wraps, Berlins makes actual doner sandwiches stacked with thin slices of shawarma meat and veggies, topped with a selection of sauces. Service is decent as it's a small place and seemed moderately busy and a bit understaffed. You order at the counter. There is limited seating and no bathroom inside. But it has a very laid back and casual vibe. Too bad the other location in Encino closed.

This place is LEGIT! They need to open more locations ASAP!! The meat is extremely tasty and tender, and the fries are cooked to perfection; crispy outside and tender inside. A MUST TRY place.

This is about as close as one gets to an authentic Doner kebab from Germany. Flavor and spicing is on point. The meat had a terrific flavor, but was not very hot not as crispy as accustomed. The veggies on top are crispy and the tzasiki sauce was plentiful and not overly garlicky like most places. The bread had a great chew. Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant is small but clean. Since it was sunny, we enjoyed our meal outside. Pricing is fair. Will definitely return.
